LUBRICANTS FOR CUTTING
We offer high-performance release agents for sand casting and aluminium injection processes. They have different properties depending on the functions they need to achieve.
There are molding processes that require fillers for cracks that leak aluminum during casting. There are fillers of different strengths and also with particular properties for their decomposition in a sand furnace. Among the alcohols that we handle in high volumes we have isopropyl alcohol and ethyl alcohol. We offer non-stick coating for the hoppers since they are saturated with sand and resin. And we handle refractory paint for quality control.
We have direct and soluble cutting lubricants for different cutting processes. Our lubricants help preserve cutting tools and have different properties, such as synthetic, semi-synthetic, mineral, and direct oils. We use products that are friendly to users and the environment.
